Maintenance Manager

Maintenance & Small Works Contractor Nottingham 

We are a rapidly growing Company and highly successful.  We are now seeking a manager to take over the running of our Maintenance Department.

 

The role entails setting up and managing maintenance and small works contracts in the social housing, local authority, and commercial markets covering building services and building maintenance trades.  Experience with Decent Homes projects is essential.

 

The successful candidate must have sound experience in a similar field, and have strong management credentials.  Management of labour in this fast moving business is crucial, as is planning, material/equipment purchasing, contract negotiation, and client liaison.  Proven experience and success in these fields will be needed.  Commercial skills are clearly important, whilst the overriding need is for a dynamic and ambitious professional.
