I m looking for a cocktail bartender with a bit of experience in mixology.

The right candidate needs to know the basic principles of bartending:

-free pour; understanding of weights and measures;
-cocktail making: understanding of principles of balance; drinks making techniques
-cocktail Knowledge: origins and recipes for classics and contemporary drinks
-spirits knowledge: alcohol production, fermentation, distillation, ageing and blending
-serving drinks: spirits, spirits and mixes, beer , wines

Also for me a VERY VERY important thing is the service. Great the clients with a smile, build his taste, recommend something based on the information given to you and up sale....give the client the best drinking experience.
