- The space is in an underground gated complex.
- The space is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- There are two electronic security gates that open from a remote control key fob.
- The space is right in the city centre and would suit someone who currently commutes in each day.
- Happy for this to be on a flexible basis, there is no need to commit to a minimum contract etc.

The space would ideally suit someone with a small car, like a KA etc - the space is not suitable to anyone driving a medium or large car.

They key fob would carry a deposit of £20 just in case it is lost etc.
