hello
can anyone teach me some basic skills in the areas of plumbing/painting and decorating/carpentery or similar?

i am a recently unemployed woman, 23yrs old, trying to avoid another customer service job! i would like to try my hand at something practical but having little to no experience i would much appreciate a 'taster' of one or more areas, before committing to a costly apprenticeship or training course. ideally i would like to accompany a proffesional at their work as an observer, and assistant. i am a quick and willing learner and would be very grateful for any offers.

in return i can tutor basic spanish, commision one-off works of art(painting, drawing, sculpture), babysit, sew, clean or cook (veggie only though!)
