hi, my name is sarah kent, i am a single mum of a 7 month old baby looking for a 3 bed property, preferably with a garden but it doesn't have to be really big, anywhere in leicestershire but preferably barwell, hinkley or earl shilton. would not snub any other offers.

i am currently living in Wigston in a first floor, 1 bedroom flat that is not suitable as there is no lift and i have to drag the pushchair up the stairs at the moment.

As i understand, i am entitled to roughly £450 a month housing benefit. My bond/deposit would be paid by social services 16+, but not sure how much. they can definitely pay at least £500

i would also have to give a 28 day notice to my current landlord after i have made the decision to move.
