Building Surveyor - Stock Condition Surveys, Asbestos Experience.

 

Our Client is seeking an experienced building surveyor to carry out stock condition surveys on their housing stock based in Boston. The successful candidate will have working experience of asbestos surveying. A P402 or 405 qualification would be advantageous. Candidates who are familiar with the HHSRS ratings system will be looked favourably upon.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of working with a local housing association. Candidates must be willing to undertake a CRB check prior to starting.
