Our client is a privately owned Brand New Residential Nursing Home based in Brackley. A 33 bedded home with the occupancy up to 60 beds. They provide quality Nursing care for older people as well as dementia clients.

They require a Full time Permanent Care Manager to work 40hrs a week. The successful candidate will have a relevant N.V.Q. Level 4 in management and previously Registered as a Care Home Manager with a Register Managers Award.

Must be registered with the N.M.C. as a Registered General Nurse Level 1. The Care Manager must be passionate about care and nursing, increase the care home profits. Must Provide good management and a excellent team player. Deal with rotas, reports, appraisals and care plans at the highest standard of care. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, flexible, committed, finish workload or delicate and trust worthy. As honesty and integrity plays a main part within this Care Home.

Annual salary £35,000 - £44,000 + Aggressive Bonuses Scheme £5,000 - £10,000 and rent Free in a cottage next door to the Nursing Home.
