The House has in total 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one shower room, downstairs wc, huge kitchen/diner/sitting and even bigger living room. It has fantastic central heating, pretty much constant hot water and high speed internet. Most rooms have an aerial, phone point and/or sky TV point.

Facilities include utility room, dish washer, freezer, garden, double glazing, etc.

Two rooms are available to let, with the rest of the house occupied by the family that owns it.

The first room is a downstairs very large double room, carpeted with a gas fireplace. You would be sharing a luxury bathroom with only one other adult.

The second room is smaller, but can accommodate a single/queen sized bed/drawers/wardrobe, but has an en suite shower room with loo/shower and wash hand basin.

Fully furnished. Rent of £350 per month includes all bills, power, sky, council tax, water, tv licence, fast wireless broadband (not virgin!), cleaner once a week, toilet paper, soap, etc.
