The house has 3 bedrooms a living room a kithchen and bathroom. There is a nice backyard with storage space. The house and rooms are fully furnished. The kitchen has all mod cons including microwave washer dryer gas oven etc. There is wireless internet in the house and I pay the council tax and water. The price is £55 per week for the smallest room and £60 per week for the larger room. There is no minimum contract. All I ask is that you give one months notice if you want to move out. There is a good amount of parking space right outside the house. There are lots of very convenient shops located one minutes walk from the house including haridressers butchers bank wilkinsons coop etc. It takes 2 minutes to drive to the motorway and buses run regularly past the house.
