To provide front line support to all stakeholders of all educational contracts, in line with contractual requirements, by maintaining a professional / efficient Service Desk and proactive service. Day to day operation of the Concept Help Desk and Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM). To support the Service Desk Manager with the operation of the Education Service desk.
The role requires good interpersonal skills, with a capacity to work in a team environment
excellent people and communication skills, experienced in client interface and building excellent customer relationships
Ability to work to deadlines and balance priorities
Able to work under pressure and balance different priorities The ideal candidate needs to be able to deal with customers and colleagues effectively on a daily basis
Ability to work flexibly and a confident IT user would be preferable
