Hi,
Im looking for a two bedroom house/apartment, I will be claiming housing benefit as i am expecting a baby in august, I am aware that this scares off private landlords as some people on housing benefit claim but dont pay, i can assure that i am very trustworthy/reliable as im aware private landlords would have heard all this before.... But i can get a guarantor for the rent so they have a back up at least that way i can give them the added security, i can understand that offering a guarantor would make landlords think that someone doing this is possible going to fail to pay the rent but this is the reason i am doing this purely so they have that extra security. So i am obviously looking for somewhere nice and long term. I will be returning back to work once my baby is old enough to go to nursery.
