Hi, i am a single mother of 4 children whose ages range from 16-3 years old. I have been privately renting for nearly 9 years now and currently live just outside of Leicester. Following my husband and i seperating i would now like to move back to Leicester to be closer to our family and friends. I am looking at a long term let as my youngest 2 children are due to start school and wouldn't want to be moving them again once i have them settled. I recieve disability living allowence for 1 of my children and also carers allowence,hence why i am in receipt of housing benefit, however no adaptations would be needed on a property. I have no criminal record and no pets. My current property is unfurnished as i would like any future 1 to be. I am happy to decorate any tired looking property however my 1 ask is that the property has a garden . Any genuine offers considered and many thanks for taking the time to read this
