my Budget is 300pcm or £85pw including or excluding bills, or £95pw maximum bills included.

I am seeking a fully furnished accomodation close to the city centre or even if its just a bus ride to the city centre. If partly furnished, it must have a bed, wardobe, washing machine, Gas Central Heating, Fridge/Freezer, Cooker/oven and microwave.

No pets please.

Parking is not essential but would be a bonus. i am quiet, clean and tidy. hardworking and so will be easy to get on with.
