Overseas Property Consultant
International Property Sales Executive
One of the largest international property developers in the world is looking to recruit talented sales professionals to sell a range of stunning property developments in Dubai from Leicester City Centre.
Basic salary £18,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic first year OTE £45,000.
Our Client:
They are one of the leading providers of luxury waterfront developments both residential and commercial and are a hugely well known and respected name in the field of international property development who are changing the landscape of Dubai and the Middle East.
The Role:
Working within a vibrant, fun and outgoing sales team. Developing and managing a network of corporate and individual clients within the Southampton area in order to make sales of both small and large properties within Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling prospective and existing clients both over the telephone and face to face
Persuading and influencing clients to manage them for long term gain
Develop a network of clients to build long term relationships
Prepare client reviews
Close all property sales
Requirements:
MUST have experience in property sales, ideally overseas
Experience in selling properties off-plan desirable
Must have solid work history
Ability to sell and close deals
Must be able to demonstrate pro-active methods of lead generation and cold calling
Experience of working in a target driven environment with confidence
Excellent presentation skills and a professional manner
The Remuneration:
Salary £18,000 plus uncapped commission and mobile phone.
Extensive on going training in the UK and Dubai (UAE)
