·         To provide support and assistance to Neighbourhood Officer as required.

·         To keep the database accurate and updated.

·         To give advice and support to customers,

keeping the Neighbourhood Officer informed of any actions taken.

·         With the Neighbourhood Officer, to include customers in all aspects

of decision making activity within the area 

·         To maximise income to the Association and help achieve top quartile performance in all aspects

of work. 

·         Work with, and adhere to all policies and procedures and contribute to any service improvement groups

·         To work with other departments such as property services, central allocations and the CCC.
