**New Store Opening**

MacGregor Wilson is recruiting on behalf of our clients who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to manage their brand new Perterborough store which is opening at the end of November.

My client is an established retailer in the Jewellery / Pawn Broking sector with over 100 stores, and who is experiencing real growth and a massive increase in sales.

The role:

* To manage & lead the day to day operations of the store
* To meet financial goals
* Deliver excellent customer service
* People management, recruitment, training and leading

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous retail Store Management experience, or extensive deputy manager experience
* Strong communication skills
* Effective delegation and people management skills

Previous experience of Jewellery and/or Pawn broking is highly desirable but not essential. A ‘One to one’ style of retail experience would be a great advantage.
