The house is located in the Braunstone Town area between the Narborough Road and Hinkley Road. Nice quiet residential location.

Fosse Park Shopping is 5 minutes away as is access to the M1 / M69. The Meridian Vue Cinema and restaurants / bars are only 5 minutes walk too. The bars and restaurants on Narborough Road including town are only ten mins away. There are plenty gyms close by and a few parks situated in the area. There is off road parking available at the house.

The room has a King size bed in with a double wardrobe and plenty of shelves looking out over the quiet garden to the rear. Alternatively there is a loft conversion room which has an ensuite shower room and double bed and fitted wardrobe and shelves ... over looking the quiet gardens to the rear
