Hays Office Support are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work within a commercial consultancy company. Due to some internal restructures this company is looking to employ a new Office Manager to undertake a varied amount of responsibilities. Reporting to the Finance Director you would need to meet the following criteria in order to apply:
- Be highly organised
- Highly competent MS Office user and able to handle day-to-day IT server/network administration.
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
- Experience of appointment setting, diary management and meeting organisation.
- Team worker.
- Able to supervise and work collaboratively with one direct report.

- Oversee general smooth operation of general office
- Maintain Health and Safety policy and oversee compliance
- Oversee efficient use and maintenance of office equipment
- Participate in training of new staff on administration matters
