Candidate Liaison Assistant
The role will involve the identification and pre registration processing of both new and existing candidate within clearly defined technology areas.
Typically this will include:
Conducting candidate searches using hays systems on a daily basis.
Contacting of candidates by telephone and undertaking pre-registration activities in line with Hays guidelines including detailed candidate requirements gathering and database coding.
Use of external CV databases and iProfile for new candidate sourcing.
Networking amongst existing candidates to ascertain new candidates to Hays.
Maintaining accurate and up to date information, including availability for candidates and contractors already known to Hays.
Basic lead gathering from candidates and the recording and passing of this information to other areas of the business.
Reacting quickly to ensure that the business is aware of new applicants at the earliest possible opportunity.
Proactively seek new methods for attracting candidates.
Maintain an awareness of issues and developments that may affect the candidate market e.g. new immigration rules.
