* Both bedrooms consist of double beds and wardrobes in excellent condition. Double glazed windows that block out noise.

* Situated in a fully secured environment, bang in the middle of town, off Granby Street. Marylands around the corner (what more do you need?)

* The rents £75 all inclusive

All we're looking for is two sensible people who need a summer stay in the months July to September. Of course we can negotiate the period if you need to stay shorter or longer.
