I'm looking for a room to rent in a shared house/flat. I'm moving to Leicester on the 1st December for a new job and will need to sort accomodation from then on.

I'd prefer it was in a small (2/3 person rent) and probably with the owner - as the properties tend to be nicer! I'd like it to be spacious, homely, clean and modern and, ideally fully furnished.

Things i like are period features, spacious/open plan lounge/kitchen; I would also need parking.

I would probably only be around weekdays as i live in Surrey.

If you have anything suitable, with sharing with men or women (I don't mind) then please get in touch.

Budget is flexible (as my company pay) within reason and for the right place.
