Our client based in Leicestershire is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is a temporary to permanent position, being temporary for the first 4 weeks.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administration support service to the company and answer incoming calls within the main switchboard. Printing surveyor’s photographs and logging them and collating with customer paperwork will form a part of the role.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

To input new client data upon receipt and update as required, compose welcome letters to be sent to new customers, update database from information provided by surveyors, process client’s orders upon receipt and answer queries from the managing agents, clients and surveyors, either by telephone, fax or letter.

You will also ensure paperwork is properly logged and filed, apply for Guarantee Certificates and liaise with Distribution Centres across the company, print off both agency and companies own survey photos, reading and clear memory cards and liaise with surveyors.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
