Divisional Manager

The Job Role
-Working with the directors to develop and adhere to a comprehensive business plan
-Building a cold desk through pro-active telephone and field sales
-Ensuring all sector specific legal compliance
-Recruiting, training and building a team of high calibre staff once individual margin targets are met
Person Specification
-Experienced recruiter in one of the following fields; sales,utilities, Healthcare, education or any niche engineering sector
-Strong business development bias
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
-Possesses a full understanding of their proposed sector and the barriers to entry
-Strong commercial awareness
The Benefits
-Basic salary of £27 - £32k p.a
-OTE of £45k
-Annual profit share (up to 35% of division net profit)
