The Role
As a Grants administrator you will be responsible for providing administration support to the team. The role essentially requires someone that has a strong customer service background as it will involve making outbound calls and contacting customers in regards to money that they have received from the Government for funding of their business. You must have a strong yet empathetic telephone manner and be able to be proactive in your approach to work. To be considered for the role you must be confident, have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
