Sous Chef. Our client is a hotel in South Lincolnshire who is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy brasserie restaurant. This job will suit an existing Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie with experience of working in a gastro pub or brasserie that uses all fresh food.

The Role

* This is a job for a Sous Chef who can manage a fast paced operation working with all fresh food
* Managing a brigade of 7 you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management
* Training and development of junior staff.
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will cover his days off and take his place in management meetings.
