A Team Manager is required for a Children's Services team in the East Midlands.

The successful Team Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Supervision of staff.
2. Case allocation.
3. Chairing meetings.
4. Handling complex cases.
5. Reporting to senior management.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and be computer literate. In addition, the Team Manager will be able to write detailed reports, have the ability to motivate and lead and make clear decisions.
