I'm a 23 year old single mother of three. I currently live in a tiny village which offers near to nothing for my family. I home school. I need to have shops, parks, etc near by, about 3 miles or so. I'd like to stay in the midlands (near Leicester, if possible). And I guess I'm asking a bit too much when I ask for a large house, but we as a family really need space, for the home schooling.
I am on benefits. I would need a long term tenancy.
My children are well behaved.
I have no criminal record.
I have no pets.
I do not smoke.
I can get a rent guarantor.
I am a very good tenant.
