German Speaking Internet Advisor
My client in a large and reputable retail company based in Leicester. This role will require an extremely high standard of English and German customers. To take calls both internally and externally from colleagues and customers. You will specialise in dealing with internal and external correspondence and deciding on what course of action to take in response to this, this may mean producing and sending special letters or e-mails to customers in both English and German. The overall aim of the department is to maximise sales and provide excellent service to their customers in Germany.

•Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Have excellent organisational and time-management skills.
 •Be able to plan and prioritise your workloads to achieve deadlines
•Be able to see a task through to completion with excellent attention to detail
•Be able to demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly to the departments and business needs.
