Operations Manager/ Facilities Manager within NHS environment
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•On a day to day basis to ensure that all client lead requests for change are processed in an efficient cost effective manger;
• To analyse KPI and benchmarking data and hold o account for their operational performance of LIFT buildings;
• To lead operational meetings to ensure that performance is in accordance with the operational aspects
• To ensure that any deficiencies in the performance of the LIFT premises are deaft with through the provision of claiming unavailability';
• To work closely with PCT service planners, Provide Arm Operational Manager, GPs and Practice Managers to identify areas of continuous improvement through lessons learnt processes;
• To chair the Nottinghamshire LIFT Operational Group;
• To acquire a detailed knowledge of Transforming Community Services, an estates toolkit, and manage the transfer of data from the Estates Record Management System in the toolkit. To continually update the toolkit and link it to the Estates Record Information System (ERIC);
• To work closely with the Commercial Manager in ensuring that all works are deemed to be value for money;
• To liaise with the Project Managers to ensure a seamless transfer of a scheme under development to an operational facility;
• To participate as a member uf the LIFT Centrar Team Management Group;
• To work with the Tenant Representative to ensure that any estates operational policy changes are addressed through LIFTCo;
• To ensure that the operational risk is minimised, develop Risk Registers including the development of emergency procedures with service leads;
• To provide professional support to Business Management groups;
• To project manage small schemes;
• To work within the principles of the Carbon Reduction commitment;
• Any other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time.
• Responsible for service and poUcy development for the service.
• Requirement to produce regular reports.
