I want to rent a one bedroom or a studio flat from the beginning of November. It should be within walking distance of DMU. I am a mature student who is very clean and reliable. I don't smoke, I don't have any pets.

It is very important that the flat is quiet. If possible I'd like to live on the top floor with large windows to the south... =)

I am looking for rental of around 350, more if bills are included.

I'll be glad to provide references from my current landlord.
