Property letting company requires an individual to assist with letting out and management of properties in Corby.
Permanent, Part Time position. Hours to suit applicant. Some daytime some evening and some weekend hours would be required.
Duties will include:
- Conduct property viewings
- Take photographs of properties and email to office
- Help tenants with completing housing benefit applications
- Hand deliver notices directly to tenants
- Rent chasing on the request of office
- You will be a key holder and will be required to have spare keys cut
- Help with getting property ready for re-let

Required: good communicating and negotiating skills, basic DIY skills would be beneficial.
