Working as part of our Industrial team, this varied job role offers excellent benefits that include OTE of £22K in the first year and genuine career progression with a dynamic and entrepreneurial recruitment company.

Duties of this job role will include: -

- Building relationships with customers and filling their requirements for temporary staff
- Providing the highest possible levels of customer service to our customers, temporary workers and prospective temporary workers
- Performing numerous administrative tasks that will include; maintaining our internal IT system and supporting our payroll function
- Being the primary contact for contracts that are based all around Leicestershire
- Supporting the sales team with lead generation and new prospective client presentations

Skills and Experience required for this job role: -

- Previous experience of working within the recruitment industry - ideally in the Industrial or Driving sectors - would be an advantage
- Relevant recent experience
- Relishes working in a target driven work environment
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills are essential for this job role
- Good working knowledge of IT systems
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
