I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to share my house on Fosse Road North near Leicester's west end (within easy walking distance of the city centre and Braunstone Gate). I am a 28 year old female primary school teacher and often have work to do in the evenings, so would like a housemate who is able to give me space and quiet when I need to work... however it would also be great to make a new friend to watch TV and chill with sometimes too! I enjoy socialising and usually go out at the weekends, although in the week I tend to work at home in the evenings or just flop on the sofa, and go to bed early! I have a good sense of humour and am friendly and tidy. My house is well presented and cosy, and I have recently had my bathroom redone, so have a brilliant shower and bath - bonus! I am also just across from the tesco metro so shopping is very handy! My current housemate is able to leave or take his furniture when he goes so can do the room furnished or unfurnished, whatever suits! Don't mind sharing with a guy or a girl, but would prefer a professional rather than a student. I hope to hear from somebody soon, Kirsty x
