One of large public sector clients are looking to recruit a electrical engineer with a strong energy background.



This candidate will come from a electrical design / project management background, ideally with some public sector experience.



They will be working in the commercial property team for the local authority and will be assessing electrical energy solutions for these buildings.



This will involve visiting the buildings and carrying out a electrical / energy inspection ( mechanical knowledge would also be an advantage ) Producing a recommendation and costing report for the building and supervising any resulting works to be carried out by either in house or private contractors.



Must have experience in the energy sector and this role is primarily there to achieve saving in the council property portfolio.  



Client has a project list to keep someone busy until April 2010 and looking to get someone started in the role in the next 5 working days.
