Hello I have a 3 bed council house (semi) in uckfield east sussex, 20mins from brighton, 35mins from eastbourne, 40mins from tunbridge wells and 50mins from lakeside/bluewater. Excellent primary schools, secondary school and sixth form college in uckfield and excellent colleges and university in Brighton.
Very quiet estate, road is a cul-de-sac most homes privately owned, lovely neighbours.
House has a private driveway for 2 cars, with a side passage with door into kitchen and at end of side passage is back gate to garden.
Enter through front door into hallway, with stairs - under stairs cupboard. to the left is a kitchen with lots of cupboard space, off the kitchen is the dining room (currently used as a 4th bedroom).
directly in front of hall way is the lounge (used as a snug/office) with open fire place and doors leading to very large conservatory which is used as the lounge.
This has doors out onto patio with step leading down to large garden with a childrens play area at bottom.
upstairs is a newly decorated bathroom, a seperate toilet, a single bedroom although does fit a single and a cot or bunk beds.
2 double bedrooms which are a very good size.
large loft which has been boarded out and previously used as a play room.
