We currently have three private offices available for lease at our Wigston premises, one at ground floor level which is 120 square feet and two at first floor level which are both 220 square feet. All rooms are carpeted, furnished and have natural daylight and blinds.
Included in your monthly fee is:

Monthly fees:
Office 1 – ground floor 120 square feet £250.00 per month
Office 2 – first floor 220 square feet £350.00 per month
Office 3 - first floor 220 square feet £350.00 per month

All three offices are available for immediate hire.
We also have meeting rooms and hot-desks available to hire. Prices are as follows:
Meeting room
Includes boardroom table and chairs Full day £70.00 / half day £40.00
Hot desk
Includes desk, chair and Wi-Fi access Full day £40.00 or £7.00 per hour
