Eclypse Recruitment has an EXCELLENT opportunity for an EXPERIENCED home manager who possesses a Nursing Qualification in Northamptonshire, East Midlands.

We are searching for a motivated Nursing Home Manager to manage an up and coming nursing home in Northamptonshire. This purposely built home provides quality nursing and social care to the elderly frailty and those with dementia.

The chosen candidate will be a Registered Nurse, RGN or RMN with a proven track record in managing care homes. You will have excellent knowledge and experience with CQC and will have the ability to exceed minimum care standards. Strong Leadership and Management skills along with excellent communication skills are vital for this role. This will be a great challenge for someone who enjoys moving services forward.
