Luxurious Houseshare in Stoneygate (£100 pw)
Two rooms available in huge luxurious house in Stoneygate.
The House has in total 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one shower room, downstairs wc, huge kitchen/diner/sitting and even bigger living room. It has fantastic central heating, pretty much constant hot water and high speed internet. Most rooms have an aerial, phone point and/or sky TV point.
Two rooms are available to let, with the rest of the house occupied by the family that owns it.
The first room is a downstairs very large double room, carpeted with a gas fireplace. You would be sharing a luxury bathroom with only one other adult.
The second room is smaller, but can accommodate a queen sized bed/drawers/wardrobe, but has an en suite shower room with loo and wash hand basin.
At the moment the rooms are unfurnished but I am currently buying furniture for them, unless any sharer would prefer unfurnished.
