Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of
the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. The
pressure will generally be more intense, as the aim is to release
chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as “adhesions.”)

Relaxing Body Massage
Swedish body massage is the most commonly offered and best
known type of massage. This can be a pampering massage using
firm but gentle pressure to ease tension.

Reflexolog
Reflexology works on key pressure points of the feet. It is based
on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the
body. It encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own
healthy balance.

Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that
involves hands-on stretching and massage to open Sen (energy)
lines. Thai Foot Massage stimulates points on the feet to
promote general health and well-being.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on Ayurvedic
techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck,
scalp and face. It is also used to aid the condition and health of
the hair, particularly when combined with the use of oils.
