Office Team are recruiting for a Public Sector organisation based in Leicester are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their Organisation. In return the client offers fantastic salary and benefits and excellent working environment.
The Role
The HR advisor will be responsible for the provision of accurate and timely specialist HR advice and support as needed to managers and employees and to HR team members. In addition you will assist managers with disciplinary and grievances issues, sickness and absentee-ism and terms and conditions of employment. You will also have a responsibility for assisting with recruitment, training and some redundancy procedures. In order to apply for this role, you must be CIPD qualified and have worked in a similar role for at least 12 months.
