Our client is looking for a qualified social work team leader to join their adult’s team.

You will be an enthusiastic and innovative individual who will be required to take on the role of team leader as part of our mental health team. You will need to have the ability to deliver both primary and secondary mental health services.

The successful candidate will give managerial support and clinical leadership to the staff on a day to day basis to meet the recognised need for timely and appropriate supervision within the team.

Our team specialise in delivering a service of the highest quality and we therefore require an individual who is dedicated, focused and will remain professional at all times.

To be a successful applicant you will need to have the following:

• A recognised social work qualification
• A GSCC registration
• At least four years post qualifying experience
• At least one year of team leader experience
• The ability to apply for a CRB disclosure

This is initially a 26 week contract position however there is a possibility of permanence depending on the progress of the employee. The pay rate has been set at £29.00 per hour, not including the various expenses.
