We are currently looking for two exceptionally customer-service focused candidates to undertake the incredibly responsible role of Duty Manager within this award winning Hotel. We are looking for both a day time & night time Duty manager.

An excellent communicator, you will be highly organised, able to effectively support and contribute towards the smooth running of each department, upholding superb service, and health and safety standards.

This is a varied and challenging role, including front of house, bar work, cleaning work, security walk rounds, helping out in various departments. This diverse role requires a highly adaptable and flexible individual who has outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Shift pattern is 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off on 12 hour shifts 11am-11pm. (Days)

Your role will entail keeping completely up to date with daily activity, including guests and functions, ensuring the smooth and enjoyable stay of all guests at all times.

You will be a professional, industrious individual with hotel experience in a supervisory capacity.

Salary of up to £17.5k + benefits + excellent training and progression opportunities. (Accomodation available)
