REGIONAL MANAGER- SOUTH BIRMINGHAM
Location: Selly Oak Birmingham
£30,000-35,000 + On-Call Allowance + Pension
An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a Senior Professional to join the Future Home Care team in Birmingham as a Regional Manager, overseeing the delivery of over 3,000 hours per week of supported living services to 44 Service Users accross the South Birmingham area.
Future Home Care has rapidly become a leading care provider supporting learning disabled adults to live independent lifestyles within their own homes. Care and support is designed on an individual basis to meet the needs of the Service User and focuses on promoting their independence.
The Successful Candidate will:
*Take responsibility for the delivery of all Supported Living Services in South Birmingham, ensuring statutory, contractual and organisational requirements and standards are monitored and maintained at all times.
*Manage the effective delivery of almost 3,000 care hours per week to 44 Service Users
*Maintain and develop relationships with Birmingham Social Care & Health Department, Local NHS PCT’s and CQC.
*Support the development of new services.
*Ensure that a Service Users are supported appropriately and promote the development of their independence
*Support the Director of Operations in shaping the future direction of Future Home Care.
*Lead and motivate a team of 8 Project Managers, taking responsibility for day-to-day management duties including supervisions, recruitment & selection, performance management and training & development.
Requirements:
*Management qualification at Diploma Level (RMA/ Level 4 Leadership and Management- essential)
*Degree in Management or Professional qualification such as RNLD- Desirable
*Experience at a Senior Management level within the Care Sector.
*Deep routed knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice.
*Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders ( PCT, CQC, council officials, Social Care & Health Department)
*Experience of developing and motivating large teams within the care sector.
