Provident Estates is an international property consultancy which provide the highest level of service in business & estate management to international business Men & women. At present we have a number of selective posts on our database for individuals who would aspire to fit in with one of our roles.
Note, these are extremely demanding positions requiring individuals to provide a service which is second to none.
Duties will involve,
organizing UK and overseas travel e.g. bookings flights/trains establishing acquiring estates properties & accommodation, preparing itineraries ordering currency. The submittal of expenses; assisting with preparation and presentations of reports. Internal recruitment, liaising with internal/external clients; priorities and annotate incoming information and communications; responding, re-directing or referring as appropriate; dealing with senior level executives on a variety of issues; assisting in additional underwriting related tasks as requested.
You will have a mature, polished and professional attitude.
The ability to listen, learn & do exactly as your client requests is paramount.
It would be preferable that you are single or have no family responsibilities as you may have to fly to international destinations such as, America, Europe Hong Kong & Dubai at a moment’s notice. Individuals who have background in business client management, estate agency, recruitment will be at a distinct advantage.
