Our client is a leading Utility Services organisation within the UK market providing services in the electrical, gas, telecommunications and water sectors.
Role
There is currently a permanent requirement for a Customer Services Manager to join the company due to expansion and increased workload. The role will involve putting in place modules and procedures for how internal operations are to deal with client/customer requirements for the services that the company offers. This will include;
- Monitor and measuring the 'customer experience'
- Systems to apply when problems occur
- Set up KPI targets
- Interface with the client on the process in place
Candidate
Candidates who apply should have the following experience and skills;
- Strong Customer service experience
- Knowledge in utilities (ideal)
- Knowledge in Construction (secondary)
- Marketing experience
- Commercial Astute
- Able to deal with clients and customers alike.
