Fit-Walk is a new concept in keeping fit, losing weight and making new Friends.

I will be running a free trial class in Vitoria Park from September 2009.

Mums with pushchairs and buggies are welcome, along with students and anyone wishing to keep fit on a regular basis.

Classes are then £2 per season and will include packed lunch in the park after the season where we can hang out and socialise after the hard work.
