Windows Server NT, 2003, Office Professional 2000, 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, Active Directory. My client is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a lively and friendly team. The main criteria of this role will include providing support to all company sites, maintaining hardware and software, monitoring and maintaining network infrstructure and hardware and software installations. Essential experience for this role includes previous experience of IT Support and technical expertise with Windows Server NT, 2003, Office Professional 2000, 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2000, 2007, Active Directory and NT Domains, IP and Telephony, Network routers and switches, knowledge of PC maintenance and upgrades, knowledge of printer maintenance and VPN and Watchguard Firewall knowledge. A full driving licence would be a huge advantage for this role as would previous customer service experience.
