Exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to join a large Residential Home based in Leicester.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced candidate who has managerial experience. The home is well known as catering for Older Persons who range from basic needs through to more specialised requirements.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing 'excellent' outcomes for its residents.

The position on offer has a range of benefits including 6 weeks annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays. There is also a bonus scheme on offer which can be up to 35% of the salary on offer.

The successful candidate will be offered between £32-36k.
