I am currently Capability Development Advisor for an International Oil and Gas Company with operations in Libya, responsible for training and development activities for 250 company staff as well as an advisor for 1700 employees in a company joint venture. This includes core basic skills development including English, IT, and soft skills for company new hires and graduates. I also work on many sustainable development projects including training graduates in Masters Programs in various oil and gas disciplines in the UK, Canada, and the UK. I am also pioneering the use of technology as a platform for delivering better education and training. I have an engineering background, with an MBA and PhD in business and management.
