Duties:
*To follow up leads and assist clients
*Administration and record keeping for all sales activities
*Correspondence and telephone calls to clients
*Liaison with other staff to ensure great customer service
*To meet with clients and contacts as necessary
*Close sales

Knowledge & Skills required:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Experience of selling property
*Overseas Property knowledge
*Able to deal with people at various levels
*Experience of dealing with high value clients
*Good IT skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Good written and spoken English
*Able to work in a confidential manner
*Foreign languages not a requirement but could be advantageous
